When is payment due?

A $500 deposit is due at the time of booking.  45 Days prior to your stay the balance will be due.  If your reservation is within the next 45 days, the total amount will be due immediately.  Each reservation will have a security deposit hold of $500.00.   24-48 hours prior to your stay a hold will be placed on your credit card as a damage deposit.  This hold will be released minus any fees for damages 7 -14 days after your stay.     Please see our cancellation policy.

Can we visit the cabin prior to booking?

For security reasons, it is not possible to visit the property prior to your rental. However, should you have any specific questions regarding the property, we are happy to help. Please feel free contact us via this website, email or phone. 

How do I calculate rental cost?

The total cost of your stay consists of the current nightly cabin rental rate, cleaning fee, 12% County and State taxes and 3% processing fee if paying by credit card. 
 

If you wish to avoid the 3% processing fee and your reservation is more than 45 days out, you can send a check made out to Eagle's Nest Lodge Nashville IN, LLC and mail to:
