Daily Rate: $699 +12% tax

Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's:  $799 +12% tax

These holidays are 3-night minimum stay: the night before, night of, and night after the holiday. 

The holiday rate is $799 per night for these 3 nights.

Taxes, cleaning fees and processing fees will apply to all reservations.

Applicable Fees

Cleaning Fee: $400 per reservation

Credit Processing Fee: 3% 

You can pay by cash/check to avoid 3% processing fee.

Discounts

Frequent Visitors can request a 10% discount after 3 visits

or

10% Active/Retired Military Discount for guest making reservation payment

(Must send copy of Military ID)
