RATE

Daily Rate: $660 + 12% tax

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's: $765 + 12% tax:

This rate applies to the night before, night of, and night after the holiday. 

The holiday rate is $765 per each of the three nights.

Taxes, cleaning fees and processing fees will apply to all reservations.

Applicable Fees

Cleaning Fee: $375 per reservation

Credit Processing Fee: 3% 

You can pay by cash/check to avoid 3% processing fee.

Discounts

Frequent Visitors can request a 10% discount after 3 visits

or

10% Active/Retired Military Discount for guest making reservation payment

(Must send copy of Military ID) 

Discounts cannot be combined with any specials
