We are introducing a new program.
Legacy S.T.A.Y (same time again yearly) program.
This program is designed to give peace of mind and stress-free booking for those guests who want to come the same time every year. We have loyal guests who have stayed with us for 10 years or more. What a blessing for us! We would like to honor those guests with this exciting new program designed to ensure those special dates are yours! Here is how it works.
· Keep a valid credit card on file
· In January of each year, you will be charged the deposit fee of $500.00 per reservation.
· Forty-Five (45) days prior your arrival the balance of your reservation minus the deposit will be charged to the credit card on file.
· We will guarantee your reservation(s) for the next 3 years with the same dates every year.
· This membership will not cancel until you provide us with a written request to cancel. The current year and all future reservations dates will be released. You can cancel your membership at any time. Standard cancellation policies apply.
· If you need to adjust your reservation for a specific year by a day or two, we will be happy to help, providing it does not interfere with another reservation.
· Holidays cannot be reserved as part of this program.
· All current policies and restrictions apply.
· The dates will be reserved on a first come basis.
We will begin accepting reservation requests as of 01/15/21. To ensure customers are served on a first come first serve basis. We will only be accepting written requests via e-mail to admin@eaglesnestlogcabin.com. Our web site will also have a link in order to send us the request.
Most of 2021 is already booked. Guaranteed reservations will begin in January of 2022
